Broke Into Top 30 Overnight-Currently 29th in Rankings

A BIG DAY TODAY...woke up to find myself in the Top 30 in the Blog Shares composite rankings. Have had several members ask me my secret...there are two. First is, resources, resources and more resources. Chips are worth $800 Million each, and the more of them you can earn, the better off you are going to be. Secondly, BUY, BUY, and BUY SOME MORE. Like any game, resources are key. You can never have too many ideas, so buy everyone you can afford and then some...eventually, they as a whole are going to go up in value. I looked at the account of one player recently who has a total monetary value of around a quadtrillion bucks. What I found interesting, was his wealth is almost entirely derived from one LARGE CHUNK of ideas in one industry. He'd obviously bought them early, and they have grown in value. Are You Getting Your Money’s Worth Out of Chances?

For the new player, one of the best ways to move forward in the game is playing chances, but only if you are getting everything from buying chances that you should. A free day’s membership, or some ideas won are pretty straight forward, you win what you see. However, what about those FREE BLOG SHARES that you win?

Many members, especially new ones do not realize that blogs won playing chances are what we refer to as Dead Blogs. Dead Blogs are blogs that are no longer active, have no fresh content for a period of at least six months. Those Dead Blogs you have won are SUPER VALUABLE, but only if you cash them in properly. Here are the steps to properly cashing in these Chances Blog Wins.

1. Go to your Chances files in your Blog Shares area.

2. Open up each blog in this file.

3. Check to make sure it is dead, then REPORT it as a dead/inaccessible blog!

This is going to get you 1 Sigma Point, and 25 chips. HELLO, 25 chips each worth around $800 Million dollars.

4. Sell the blog shares, and delete from chances file.

You should do this as soon as you finish playing chances, otherwise it will slip your mind, and someone else will end up reporting your blog dead, and you missed your opportunity to CASH IN for both Chips and Sigma!

Trying To Put Uo Santa Picture

Trying to put up Santa in the Secret Santa Corporation information page...have seen others on Blog Shares accomplish such a task. Have gotten two suggestions from members of the corporation and neither have worked, but they have given me an idea. going to try putting the picture here in the blog, then copying the HTML coding and pasting it into the page...every one cross their fingers.

A Blog Shares Game Tip

There is GOLD in them thar ideas.

I've been playing the game for quite awhile now, and have bought quite a few ideas in that time. At last count, well over one billion of them to be somewhat precise. Yet, it has only been in the last week that I have refined my use of the ideas market by using the tools built into the template. As example, with the click of a button, you can eliminate all nickle ideas, with another you can eliminate from view all the ideas you already own so that you are only looking at, and purchasing ones you do not own. Or, you can eliminate from the list the ideas you already own and arte for. Simply stated, use the tools Blog Shares has given you to accomplish the task you are currently working on.

There Are Voices I remember-9/11 Remembered

On radio “American Airlines Flight 11 impacts the north side of the North Tower.”

I was driving the Sprain on way into New York when I heard the news.

On radio “Airlines Flight 175 impacts the south side of the South Tower.”

I’d just parked the car as that inner voice said, “We are under attack.”

On CNN “American Airlines Flight 77 impacts the western side of the Pentagon.”

Collective Gasp in office, all of us white as sheets.

On CNN “South Tower suddenly collapses, plummeting into the streets below.”

I heard my own silent screams, too stunned to cry.

Deathly Silence as our nation begins to grieve.

Greetings Blog Share Titans One and All!

I've been on a tear the past few days since returning from Summer Vacation, and it shows in my gaming accomplishments over on Blog Shares. I've moved into the top 60 in composite score, and reached a six month long goal of having one billion ideas!

My hint of the day (besides having fun) is to stay involved in all aspects of the game, even if there is one particular area that really suits you...as example, I have been ignoring placing blogs into industries and finding dead blogs, and am suddenly realizing I need to put a LOT of work into bringing my Sigma Score up. If I'd spend just a bit of time daily in this area, then gone over to working the ideas market, I would not need now to spend some serious time in bringing that part of my game up to par with my other scores.
